To extend the life of your patio, increase its visual appeal and to maintain your warranty please follow the following;
Framework and underside of roof should be wiped down at least every 6 months. Coastal and commercial areas patios should be wiped down every 3 months. (Wash patio with soapy water then wipe down with chamois).
Gutters should be kept clean and free flowing.
Soil weeds and trees should be kept clear of steel frame.
Any minor faults should be rectified immediately.
